Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Build2Element. If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not happy with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • It is your first paid subscription on your account
  • You request the refund within 7 days of the initial charge
  • Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations

Not eligible for refund:

  • Renewal charges (monthly renewals after the first billing cycle)
  • Requests made after 7 days of the charge
  • Accounts terminated for abuse or ToS violations
  • Partial month refunds after the 7-day window

How to Request a Refund

  • Email billing@build2element.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and the date of the charge
  • We will confirm your eligibility and process the refund within 3 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing → Plans. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day window.

Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan or the free tier takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in plan price within the current cycle.
