1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Build2Element ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Build2Element is a web application that analyzes webpage layouts and converts them into Elementor-compatible JSON for use in WordPress. The Service includes:

A Chrome browser extension for DOM analysis
A backend API for layout processing and AI enhancement
A WordPress plugin for seamless Elementor paste compatibility
A user dashboard for managing projects and billing

Important: Build2Element is a layout analysis tool. It does not copy, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of cloned layouts complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the websites you analyze.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your password
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Plans, Billing & Payments

Build2Element offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for renewals.
Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Project limits: Each plan includes a monthly project limit. Unused projects do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to create competing products without written permission
Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials within the Service are owned by Build2Element or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILD2ELEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
